We ordered some of this vegan gluten free easy bake bread mix from Orgran. We could not be more impressed with it! We followed the instructions exactly as they are written on the box (except, we took it out of the oven about 3 minutes before they recommended since our knife came out clean).

This bread is amazing! It’s soft with a sponge texture, it is really an impressive bread! The flavor is very good and it is not dry like most gluten-free vegan breads tend to be. It takes about 5 minutes to mix the batter. Then you lightly oil a bread pan, put the batter in the bread pan while your oven is pre-heating to 180° Celsius (350° F) to allow the dough to rise slightly above the pan. Then you bake it for 32 to 40 minutes. It took us 32 minutes to achieve this:
