Let’s be honest, almost everybody overindulges with food during the holidays. Then the new year comes along dragging all of these resolutions behind it. Smoothies can be a great way to get your nutrients and feel satisfied if you are one of the many who makes losing weight a resolution! This strawberry banana green smoothie is raw and without sugar (or any kind of extra sweetener). It takes under 5 minutes to make and will make you feel so alive and ready for your day in the morning! Here is how I made it:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of strawberries
- 1 teaspoon of wheatgrass powder
- 4 Romaine lettuce leaves
Just add the ingredients into a high powered blender in the order they are listed above. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
