This almond vegan milk chocolate frosting is so delicious! I have trouble saving it for my recipes whenever I make it! It seems to disappear one spoonful at a time. Here is how it’s made:
In a powerful blender (we used a Vitamix) add these ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (100 ml) of vegan milk (almond milk, soy milk, rice milk, etc.)
- 1/2 cup raw cane sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of cacao
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 cup of raw almonds
Blend until almost smooth. There should be tiny grains of almond visible but otherwise creamy. This is truly a chocolate lover’s frosting!
