Cheese Pockets – Vegan and Gluten Free

Vegan Cheese Pockets
Let the cheese wars begin!

In order to try out our improved dough recipe, we made cheese pockets because we missed them so much!!

Take the dough, place it on parchment paper and spread it gently, try not to make it too thin but definitely not too thick either! In the middle of the dough place your fillings, we put cheese and I couldn’t contain myself from adding olives, peppers and tomatoes but try to take the moisture out of the tomato, or the dough will not bake on the inside!

Bake it for 10 to 12 minutes at 160° Celsius (320° F) and enjoy!!!
