Quick Vegan Pasta Sauce

Let’s face it, sometimes you are in a hurry and do not have time to use fresh tomatoes to make a pasta sauce. We always prefer using fresh tomatoes but when we are short on time we prefer to make this quick vegan pasta sauce:

Poker Night and the Vegetarian Snacks

Tonight we invited some friends over for some poker and snacks. Our guests were all meat eaters who consider us lame. So, you understand why I wanted to impress them with cool snacks that do not remind them of their Grandma. Everything we made was gone within the first hour!
