Today we are going to take a break from our nutrition series (for those of you following us) to talk about Meatout – eat vegan for a day. Meatout is a day to encourage all people to try a vegan diet for a day. We think it would be great if more people tried a vegan diet. Obviously we feel vegan food is real and delicious despite rumors circulating stating the contrary. Therefore we decided to compile this list of some recipes we think non-vegans would love to eat today (and maybe even ask for seconds!)!
